She has been buying, selling, and managing real estate in the area since the early 1990s. Patricia has earned several real estate designations such as the Accredited Buyer’s Representative having achieved the required number of transactions representing buyers to achieve her ABR. Patricia sells luxury homes and is a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Sales, and she has achieved her Guild Status as well, having achieved the required number of transactions representing buyers and sellers over the million dollar mark. She is a Certified Historic Realtor having completed the A.C.O.R.N. course on historic properties. Further, she earned the Certified New Homes Specialist Designation, which is a portion of the CRS. Patricia received the nationally recognized GRI designation in 2008. This designation is awarded exclusively by the National Association of Realtors.

In 2011 Patricia became an Associate Broker with Joyner Fine Properties. Patricia’s experience and commitment to furthering her knowledge and education to this ever changing industry is testimony of her dedication to helping you achieve your real estate goals. Real Estate has been her passion since Patricia purchased her very first home. She has been active in real estate ever since - buying, renovating, leasing, investing and selling numerous properties since that first home purchase. She has a strong appreciation for the value of home ownership, as well as first-hand knowledge and experience with investment property ownership and project management to include hands-on renovation skills.
